Well today the sub-floor arrived and I had them deliver it to the back of the lot. We decided to go with a product called Warmboard  as it combines the sub-floor and the radiant panel into one. Which will hopefully speed up the install process so we can make up some of the lost time due to the mistakes made by our ICF installers.
